After processing payments, our support team will take 5-7 business days to process and ship products. Within 3-5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays, you will receive your tracking information and shipping details for items purchased. Refund and Exchange Policy


We have a no money back policy but you will be able to use merchandise credit. In order to receive merchandise credit, you will have to get the approval of our Policy Control Department.
